במסגרת התפקיד
- הובלת צוות מכירות הכולל גיוס, הכשרה הנעה ופיתוח מקצועי
- ניהול צוות התקנות : ניהול מתקינים חיצוניים, אחריות על סידור עבודה עבורם וגיוס מתקינים חדשים
- השגת יעדי מכירות ורווחיות תוך הגדרת מבצעים, בניית תחרויות והטמעת כלים להגדלת המכירות.
- ניהול ותחזוקה הכוללים אחראיות על נראות , סדר, ניקיון , שילוט ורענון התצוגה

היקף משרה מלאה ימים א-ה שעות 8:00-17:00
ו - 8:00-13:00

Requirements

Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing sales teams, preferably in the field of home design or similar fields. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of employees.
In-depth understanding of sales and customer service processes.
Familiarity with the world of home design and the latest trends is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
High organizational and time management skills.
Ability to motivate employees, processes, creativity, excellent expression.
