The role includes providing telephone answering and informative information to the company's customers,
Providing a response to the traveling public regarding complaints, as well as providing service to the passenger.
Kfar Saba call center location
Full-time work in morning shifts 7:00-15:00
Requirements
Experience in service/back office roles - required
Experience working in a call center is a significant advantage
Full control of computer and office applications is required.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time
Verbality, patience, helpfulness
Knowledge of languages is a significant advantage
