A Human Resources representative is required, with at least one year of experience in the field of Human Resources (not recruitment).
The role includes
Individual care and welfare: holding conversations with employees and responding to inquiries, assisting employees through loans and reimbursements, terminations of employment,
Inquiry and hearing calls, salary reports, monitoring employee training, work accidents, organizing welfare events at the branch.
Recruitment and onboarding: signing employment contracts, accompanying the employee through the onboarding process, preparing feedback
Work interfaces with payroll accountants / recruitment coordinators / branch operations employees
Requirements
Education: Relevant bachelor's degree, an advantage
Previous experience: About one year in the field of human resources (not recruiting) - required!!
Knowledge of labor law - an advantage
Complete control over working in a computerized environment
Tolerance and interpersonal communication
High level of service
