Relevant high school education. Experience as a technical support center manager in a Windows environment for at least two years - a must!
Experience as a technical support center manager in a company with at least 200 users!
Knowledge and experience in the field of network administrators - mandatory (graduate of a network course).
Knowledge of Office 365 Admin Center, MS Intune.
Good human relations and a high sense of service.
Knowledge of the English language (writing and reading) at a very good level.

במסגרת התפקיד:
ניהול והובלת מחלקת הנדסה ושלב התכנון , פיתוח ועד ירידה לרצפת הייצור 
הובלת צוות המונה כ8-10 מהנדסים
חלוקת משימות, פיקוח על ביצוע, הקפדה על נהלי עבודה ועמידה בסטנדרטים מחמירים של איכות.
הובלת תהליכי תכנון וייצור של מערכות מיכון ומכונות מורכבות, תוך שימוש בתוכנת SolidWorks
קשר שוטף  מול לקוחות החברה 
עבודה מול מחלקות שונות כגון : איכות, תפ"י, ייצור , רכש ולוגיסטיקה 
ומתבצעת בכפיפות ישירה למנכ"ל / מנהל תפעול.
