For a food import, marketing and distribution company located in Holon
An inventory preparation representative is needed to integrate into the sales department and work regularly with the sales agents.
The essence of the role:
Receiving expected arrival of goods from the purchasing department and making correct distribution among sales agents across the country accordingly
For reports and sales forecasts.
As part of the role:
- Ongoing work in parallel with the purchasing department: monitoring and handling inventory, including tracking shipments, active inventory management, updating merchandise availability, identifying exceptions and handling with the warehouse/sales agents.
- Purchase orders - constant updating in order execution, entering orders in the Priority system, making changes such as adding items, adjustments, handling shortages
- Reporting, information and internal service: producing inventory reports, distributing information to salespeople, working with EXCEL tables and priority reports
Job scope:
• Sunday–Thursday
• 08:00–17:00 (willingness to work overtime if necessary)
• Office work with a computer, Excel and Priority - from the company's offices only
Requirements

• ידע ושליטה במערכת Priority — חובה.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם תקפים- חובה , (תעשיית המזון) – יתרון משמעותי
• ניסיון בעבודה עם דוחות תפעוליים, הזמנות ותימחורים
• שליטה גבוהה באקסל.
• יכולת עבודה בסביבה אינטנסיבית, דינמית ומרובת משימות.
• רמת דיוק ואחריות אישית גבוהה במיוחד.
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית ועמידה בלוחות זמנים קצרים.
