Responding to existing customers including sales and negotiation management
Follow-up on price offers given to customers
Completion of deficiencies from orders
Proactive calls to wake up dormant customers
Providing customer service and telephone sales to new and existing customers
The work is in a dynamic center, a pleasant and quality young man
full time position
Days Mon-Fri 8-17 (no flexibility in hours)

Requirements
Experience in telephone customer service - required
Experience and background in the sales world - required
Good interpersonal relationships
Ability to handle objections
Ability to work in a team
Willingness for a long-term job
