A payroll accountant is needed at the company's headquarters in Capernaum.
The essence of the role: Consolidating and preparing monthly salary data, producing salaries and periodic reports, for the purpose of ongoing control and data improvement, handling the employee work cycle: from the absorption stage to the end of work and handling retirement, while providing service to managers and departments in the organization, calculating compensation and performing final account audits on forms 101, 106, 161, and including handling work accident cases and more, providing response and service to employees in the field of payroll.
Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday + willingness to work overtime (first week of the month)
Working hours are:
Sun-Thu 8:00-16:00 or slight flexibility for 7:00-15:00
Requirements
At least one year of experience as a payroll accountant - required.
Familiarity with collective agreements.
Good control with labor and wage regulations.
Introduction to two-hour and two-month contracts.
Pension knowledge.
Familiarity with the Hilan system and the Sinal attendance system is an advantage.
Good human relations.
