לחברה יצרנית ביטחונית ,מהמובילות בתחומה בשוק הישראלי
דרוש/ה מתאם/ת יבוא להשתלבות במחלקת הרכש של החברה
המשרה כוללת:
- אחריות כל פעילות הייבוא כולל התקשרות עם ספקים בחול.
- מו"מ ובניית הסכמי התקשרות מול חברות השילוח והספנות.
- מעקב ובקרה של כל הוצאות היבוא והיצוא כולל אישור חשבוניות השילוח והפקת מסמכים.
- עבודה מול חברות שילוח, חברות ספנות ועמילות מכס לצורך מעקב אחר שחרור סחורות.
- עבודה מול משרדים ממשלתיים מכון התקנים ועוד לטובת אישור ושחרור סחורות.
- בדיקת כדאיות לעבודה עם משלחים .
- הפקת דוחות ניתוח של הוצאות השילוח.
- בקרת חשבוניות.
- בקרה על זמני ומועדי שחרור סחורות.
משרה מלאה ממשרדי החברה בזכרון יעקב – ללא אפשרות למשרה היברידית
Requirements
- Practical experience in importing into Israel of at least 3 years and understanding of customs conditions.
- Experience working in the field of imports in an industrial or commercial company.
- Familiarity with the international import and shipping industry and with import processes to Israel.
- Experience working with a variety of shipping companies such as: Flying Cargo, DHL, UPS, FEDEX
- Familiarity with standards and approvals of government ministries for various imported products, such as: the Ministry of Economy, the Standards Institute, the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Health
- Ability to calculate price per square meter/kg/volume.
- High level English.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (an advantage for Kitaron software).
- Serviceability and ability to work in a large team.
