Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing sales teams, preferably in the field of home design or similar fields. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of employees.
In-depth understanding of sales and customer service processes.
Familiarity with the world of home design and the latest trends is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
High organizational and time management skills.
