Trade Marketing and Channel Development Manager needed
as part of the job
- Responsibility for the sales development of the company's brands in various sales channels and retail customers, while maximizing the company's resources,
- Management of trade marketing personnel responsible for planning and implementing the policy of promotions, prices, variety, visibility and more at the points of sale.
- Feasibility analysis of promotions to maximize the value of the commercial activity in the market
- Managing and synchronizing the work processes at the interface between the division (marketing) and the trade and sales division
- Initiating innovative activities at the point of sale and marketing moves among customers to strengthen cooperation and increase sales.
- Management and responsibility for the display means and elements of visibility at the point of sale, respectively by channel and type of customer and in accordance with the categorical marketing needs.
- Leading moves across trade organization, marketing, logistician
Requirements
Academic education - mandatory
- 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing in the world of consumer products - a must!
- Administrative experience or experience in a senior staff position - one of the two is mandatory.
- Experience in a marketing or commercial position is an advantage
- High level English
- Full computer control (including full control of Excel and PP)
- High analytical ability - mandatory
- Excellent human relations and ability to work in a team, harnessing and leading, matrix management
- Motivation, sparkle in the eyes and a strong desire to succeed
- High presentation skills
