Need a brand manager
As part of the role:
- Construction of work plans including sales planning, promotions and marketing activity, and their actual implementation
- Responsibility for PL and meeting quantitative and qualitative goals - sales, profitability and market shares - including ongoing data analysis and drawing conclusions
- Full responsibility for the marketing budget including contact with an advertising agency, PR, research and activity at the points of sale
- Regular contact with the trade and sales system
- Analysis of reports, ongoing monitoring of brand performance
- Working with local and international suppliers - managing work processes, inventory responsibility, visibility of products and current activity
Requirements
A relevant academic degree (preferably economics/communications/business administration) is mandatory
- Previous experience in brand management - preference for consumer products
- Ability to lead and manage multiple processes and interfaces
- Ability to analyze and understand numbers at a high level
- Creativity and initiative
- Ability to withstand pressure and multitask
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- English at a high level (current work in English with suppliers)
- Full control of office applications
